Secretary to the Lord Bishop and Registrar of the Diosese. Describes the donation of land and money by John Talbot Clifton and Lady Eleanor. States that the building and churchyard are completed and in a fit and proper state for Divine Service. Church to be consecrated as a Chapel of Ease. Document has inventory attatched. Also 2 plans: 1) outside plan of churchyard. 2)Inside of building [Plans are very fragile], 1973-08-06
